Recycling is a process to create new items from old and used materials. And that is what the 3rd grade did. Using old egg cartons they made a pirate chest. The pirates hide their treasures in chests, so we asked the girls and boys of the class what treasure would they hide in their chests. They told us they would hide gold coins, candy, diamonds, a doll, gold, chocolate, muffins and more coins. Try to guess what your artist has hidden in his o her chest! ;)
